We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed within Australia are typically delivered within 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We aim to provide competitive shipping fees to ensure you receive great value for your BreezeOn products.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
We care about the environment, and so do you. Our products are carefully packed using sustainable materials. Our outer foil packaging is highly recyclable, saving up to 95% of the energy needed to make new foil. It also has a lower carbon footprint compared to plastic, especially when recycled.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our friendly support team.
